Warranty & Disclaimer

There is no express, written or implied warranty on any of our products, the customer is only buying the artwork and not the electrical parts.  All electrical parts and devices are UL approved and are purchased in either lamp kits from the hardware store or in the form of light sets from a known retail store. They are provided at no extra charge to the customer.  We are not responsible for any damages caused by misuse or any other mishaps. As in any other electrical devices, caution should be used when using these products.  Never leave an open flame unattended.  Use only votive or tea size candles in luminaries or battery operated flame less candles.  The can may become hot to the touch.  Use discretion when handling luminaries.  Not intended for children.

Important Note

When you place an order, Can-D-Lite, LLC immediately transfers the ownership of the products you have ordered to you. By placing an order you authorize Can-D-Lite, LLC to act as your agent and to arrange shipment of your order through an independent carrier, such as USPS, UPS or FedEx or any other freight company. The independent carrier will in turn act as your agent as owner of your products until the time of delivery to your address. If the products you have ordered are damaged or lost during shipment, Can-D-Lite,LLC, in its sole discretion, may file a claim as your agent on your behalf, even though you remain the legal and rightful owner of said products. If your claim is denied by the independent carrier for reasons not in control of Can-D-Lite, LLC, Can-D-Lite, LLC is under no obligation to compensate you for your losses. By placing an order, you are representing that you understand and are compliant with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing your purchase, transportation and delivery.

Caution!!!

When candles or oil lamps are used to illuminate luminary cans, caution should be exercised when handling the cans. Due to the heat given off, the can may become hot and burn the customer when handled. Please use extreme caution and never leave an open flame unattended. Our luminaries are not intended for children. Cans may be illuminated with an alternate source i.e.: tap light, led or other battery operated electrical device to eliminate the possibility of injury or damage caused by an open flame.

Payments

All payments are completed through Square, All terms and conditions pertaining to purchases can be accessed at the Square website; https://squareup.com.

Shipping

Each item shipped via USPS, UPS Ground or possibly a different freight company within the continental United States. Express delivery, including Overnight, Next Day, 2nd Day delivery, is available for product purchases for an additional charge. All custom orders may have shipping charges added to your order depending on weight and/or packaging. Please contact us for additional information if you are interested in Express Delivery. In-stock items are generally shipped out within 24 to 48 hours of order notification. However, this might vary depending on the time the order was placed and processed. Can-D-Lite, LLC is not responsible for any products damaged by USPS, UPS or any other freight company. These damages should be reported directly to the freight company.  All orders are insured and tracked. All orders are tested and inspected before shipping.

International Orders

At this time International orders will not be accepted. We are not setup at this time to ship internationally and will only fill orders in the continental United States. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Inventory

Inventory is based on availability of cans, we upcycle cans and horseshoes and do not purchase new ones. Our product selection is based on what we have completed and is in stock.  Customers can only purchase what is available, no back orders will be allowed. Each can is a unique piece of art, signed by the artist and will not be mass produced.

Custom Orders
